Your wallet
Your Facetino wallet holds a balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Your balance is a record of recorded transactions; Facetino maintains it from an authoritative transaction ledger.
Deposits
You can request a deposit to add money. Deposits are currently available in supported countries only (Bangladesh). A deposit is held as pending until the payment is confirmed — funds do not become available from a success page alone; they become available only once the payment is actually verified.
Withdrawals
You can request a withdrawal from your available balance. Pending amounts cannot be withdrawn until they clear. For your security, you confirm your password before a withdrawal request, and the amount is reserved from your available balance while the request is processed.
Payment processing
Payment features are designed to work with configured third-party payment providers. Facetino does not store full payment card details. We do not guarantee specific processing times.
Security and restrictions
To protect against abuse, wallet actions may be rate-limited, and accounts under certain restrictions may be limited from financial actions. Keep your account credentials secure.
