About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Facetino ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Facetino. This document is written in plain language and is not a substitute for professional legal advice.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Each account must have a unique username. You must be old enough to use the Service under the laws that apply to you.
Using the Service
Facetino lets you create a profile, post content, follow and add friends, message other users, share stories, publish Pages, list items on the Marketplace, and use a wallet for supported transactions. You agree to use these features lawfully and in line with our Community Standards.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create. By posting, you grant Facetino the permissions it needs to store, display and distribute that content so the Service can operate (for example, showing your post to the audience you choose). You are responsible for the content you share and must have the rights to share it.
Prohibited behaviour
You may not use Facetino to harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, or distribute illegal or abusive content, or to abuse, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service. Detailed rules are in our Community Standards. Marketplace listings must also follow the Marketplace Policy.
Moderation and enforcement
We may review reported content and, where appropriate, remove content, limit features, warn, restrict, or suspend accounts that break these terms or our policies. Where a formal appeal process applies to an enforcement action, you can submit an appeal from your account settings. We do not guarantee that every report results in removal.
Payments and wallet
Wallet and payment features are covered by the Wallet & Payment Terms. Amounts are handled in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and deposits are currently available in supported countries only.
Changes to the Service
We may add, change or discontinue features over time. We may also update these terms; when a material update requires it, we will ask you to review and accept the new version.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise the Service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
