Safety & Reporting Guidelines

Version 1.0 Effective Aug 2, 2026

Staying safe on Facetino

This guide explains the safety tools available to you and how reporting works. For the rules everyone must follow, see the Community Standards.

Reporting content and accounts

You can report posts, profiles, Marketplace listings and messages using the report option on each. Choose the reason that fits and submit; reports go to moderation for review. Reporting something does not guarantee it will be removed — each report is reviewed against our policies.

Blocking

You can block an account from its profile. Blocking stops that account from interacting with you and from seeing your content. You can review and manage blocked accounts in Settings. (Facetino currently offers blocking; a separate "mute user" feature is not available.)

Managing conversations

Within Messenger you can mute a conversation's notifications.

When you need help

For account help or to report a problem with your own account or a transaction, use the Help Center and Contact Support. For enforcement actions you believe were a mistake, use the appeal option in your settings where it is available.
