How Marketplace works
Facetino Marketplace is a classified-listings service: sellers publish listings and interested people connect. Facetino does not currently provide checkout, escrow, order processing, or buyer-protection/refund handling within the Marketplace. Any transaction you arrange happens directly between you and the other party.
Seller responsibilities
- List only items you are legally allowed to sell.
- Describe items accurately, including condition and price.
- Do not post prohibited or restricted items.
Buyer responsibilities
- Review listings carefully and communicate respectfully.
- Because Facetino does not process Marketplace payments or offer refunds, take normal precautions when arranging any exchange.
Prohibited and restricted listings
Illegal items, counterfeit goods, and anything that violates our Community Standards are not allowed. We may remove listings and limit accounts that break these rules.
Reporting and moderation
You can report a listing you believe breaks the rules. Reports go to moderation for review. For fraud or abuse, please use the reporting tools rather than only contacting support.
