You keep ownership of the content you create on Facetino. To operate the Service, you grant Facetino the permissions described in the Terms of Service (for example, to store and display your content to your chosen audience).
Respect others' rights
Do not post content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property rights. Only share content you have the rights to share.
Reporting infringement
If you believe content on Facetino infringes your rights, report it through the in-product reporting tools or contact support with enough detail to identify the content and your claim. We review such reports and may remove infringing content.
Repeat infringement
Accounts that repeatedly infringe others' rights may face content removal and account limits under our enforcement process.
A note on formal notices
A specific statutory notice-and-takedown process tied to a particular jurisdiction is not defined here; formal legal-notice details will be published once the operating legal entity and jurisdiction are finalized.
